There are these rare occasions when it is in fact possible to combine business and leisure. And so, between professional engagements on my part in Malaysia and Singapore, we planned in for a long weekend in The Lion city. Primary objective: Shopping
That said, we were very good, keeping up the exercise routine each morning well before sunrise as we headed out for our morning run at Marina Bay.
There is also some sightseeing and while some was covered during the morning jog, Marina Bay Sands and the Gardens by the Bay, deserved a closer look.
That was in fact rather impressive and how better cap the evening off but with a nice meal at DB Bistro by Daniel Boulud.
And just in time before the credit card maxed out, the weekend came to an end and it was time to go.
